The deal

Short on purpose

RecoverKit is a pilot service run by Callisto Holdings LLC. When your agency pays for a case, you agree to these terms. They're written to be read, not skimmed past.

For $149 flat, we open a case file for one suspended Google Business Profile. We collect the client's documents by email under your agency's name, check them against the profile, and hand your team a matched evidence packet and case log. That's the whole service.

What we don't do

The fine print, up front

We don't file appeals or promise reinstatement.

Your agency files the appeal in Google's own tool and stays the client's point of contact. Google alone decides the outcome. RecoverKit is not affiliated with Google, and nothing we provide is legal advice.

Document authenticity

Your agency vouches for the documents

We check documents against Google's requirements, not for forgery.

Your agency is responsible for the authenticity of every document it submits. If documents turn out to be falsified, we end the case with no refund, and RecoverKit has no liability for the outcome.

Payment and refunds

$149, simple rules

Price$149 flat per case, paid by Stripe before we open the case file.

RefundFull refund any time before we deliver the evidence packet. No questions asked.

After deliveryOnce the packet is delivered, the fee is earned.

Stalled casesIf a client won't or can't produce documents, talk to us. We'd rather refund than sit on a dead case.

Responsibilities

Yours and ours

You have permission

You have your client's OK to share their documents with us for this case.

You review and file

Your team checks the packet and files the appeal. What goes to Google is your call.

You stay the contact

Your client hears from you, not from us.

We set up fast

Case room ready within one business day of payment.

We chase the paper

We request and collect documents until the packet is complete or the case is called.

We flag mismatches

Names and addresses checked against the profile, problems surfaced before you file.

Liability

Capped at what you paid

If something goes wrong on our side, our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us: $149. We're not liable for Google's decisions, lost revenue, lost clients, or any indirect or consequential damages.

The service is provided as is. We work carefully, but a document checklist is not a guarantee that Google accepts an appeal.

The pilot

Small and changing

This is a pilot running with a small group of agencies. The process may change between cases as we learn. These terms may change too; the version live when you pay applies to that case.

Either side can walk away before a case starts. Once a case is open, the refund rules above apply.

Governing law

Wyoming

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
