RecoverKit is a private beta product built to help subscription businesses understand and recover failed Stripe payments.

What data we access

When you connect RecoverKit to your Stripe account, we access billing-related data such as:

• Subscriptions
• Invoices
• Customers
• Payment failure events

We use this data only to display recovery insights and trigger recovery workflows you enable.

What we do not access

RecoverKit never sees or stores:

• Credit card numbers
• Bank account details
• Full payment method data

All payments are handled entirely by Stripe.

Authentication

We use Google OAuth via Supabase for authentication. We store basic account information such as your email address and account ID to operate the service.

How data is used

Your data is used solely to:

• Display failed payment and recovery information
• Send recovery emails you explicitly enable
• Improve the reliability of the product during beta

We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Data retention

You may disconnect your Stripe account at any time. When you do, RecoverKit stops processing new data from Stripe. Some historical records may be retained for product reliability and auditing during beta.

Beta notice

RecoverKit is currently in private beta. Features and behavior may change as we learn from real-world usage.
